WHAT ARE THE CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR TUMBLERS? 

* HAND WASH ONLY
* DO NOT LEAVE IN HOT CAR
* DO NOT MICROWAVE
* DO NOT SOAK
* DO NOT PUT IN DISHWASHER

*Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaning cloths as these can scratch and damage the image.

ARE THESE TUMBLERS EPOXIED?  

Some of them yes and some of them no. Please refer to the category of your choice. The tumblers that are sublimated and not epoxied, an image is heat dyed onto the tumbler.  If a tumbler features a "glittered" look, it is an image of glitter placed on the tumbler.  No actual glitter is used. 

WILL THE IMAGE COME OFF?

No, as long as the tumbler is properly cared for, the image will not come off.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY TUMBLER TO SHIP?

Your tumbler will be created and shipped typically within 5-7 business days. Timing does fluctuate but current turnaround time is pretty fast. If you need it as a rush please inform us.

 HOW DO I CARE FOR MY CUSTOM GARMENTS?

Wash inside out on cold cycle. Avoid any harsh chemicals and/or Softners. Dry on low heat or hang dry. Do not iron over the image unless you are ironing over parchment paper on image.

 WHAT METHOD DO YOU USE ON YOUR CUSTOM SHIRTS OR ANY MATERIAL PRODUCTS?

Methods used are DTF (Direct to film),Sublimation or Heat transfer vinyl. 

 

How do I care for my "Glass Can tumbler"?

*Hand wash only

*Not dishwasher safe

*Not microwave safe

*No abrasive sponge

*Do not soak

*Use straw brush to clean straw

*Dry bamboo lid very well after washing (Very important)
